Need help with ……….?
Bulldozing, grading your road or lot, clearing, and debris removal……..
Things I can do for you
Don’t let the business name scare you. I do more than just run a bulldozer. I certainly have many hours operating a dozer from clearing lots, final grading around homes, reshaping landscapes, regrading gravel roads, grading for new construction just to name a few. Over the years my business has evolved into mostly residential work for home/ property owners.
To meet this demand I have added compact equipment to work on sites with less room. The 35C excavator and skid steer have been excellent. Occasionally I am tasked with demolition work from concrete removal to structure removal. If such jobs elicit heavier equipment then I can turn to the 190E excavator to get the job done.
Most of my jobs are for home or property owners. Because I have the right equipment I able to perform landscaping tasks for far less than landscapers using manual labor and lighter equipment. Time and time again clients will remark how economical I am in comparison to the quote they may have received from a landscaping firm.
Having the equipment and skill set to know the correct application is a key to my success and cost savings to my clients
Once I accept a job my objective is to assure client’s satisfaction. “Do the job as required, in the time frame allowed for the price established”. Using this simple framework has resulted in a 100% satisfaction rate. In some cases earthwork for home owners can be stressful as it can be difficult for homeowners to visualize the end result and having heavy equipment on their property is a rarity. As each project unfolds I communicate closely with homeowners during the course of the project to make collaborative decisions to assure the final outcome meets their requirements. Once a job is complete knowing the customer is satisfied is important to me.
RIGHT PERSON, RIGHT EQUIPMENT
For the right person renting equipment can be an option for completing a project. In my experience by the time a person rents the equipment and becomes proficient at using it hiring Cascade Dozing would be more economical and efficient. Why, because I select the right piece of equipment for the job and bring years of experience with me. More than once I have finished up a job the homeowner started and could not complete as they had planned. Generally it is the wife who is the voice of reason in such matters and calls me!
Why I do it
After 25 years, I still love it.
I strive for the satisfaction of a job well done.

What my customers say
Jim is my go-to guy to get my exterior projects done! I have hired Cascade Dozing for 3 separate residences and large landscape jobs over the years. Jim always has great ideas to help save time and money. His experience is evident every step of the project and he has all the heavy machinery necessary for jobs big and small. He is always a joy to work with and I would highly recommend!Kevin Harasimowicz | Kirkland WA
We have built 2 homes for ourselves over the past 10 years. Jim Agnew and his company, Cascade Dozing, have been tremendous assets on both our projects. Jim’s expertise, professionalism and eye to detail have given us great results in all phases of our site work – clearing, excavation, utilities, final grade and more. Jim is a great problem solver, with the ability to assess, develop a plan and attack each phase of the project in a cost effective way. We highly recommend Cascade Dozing.Mark and Erin Roberts | Issaquah WA
We hired Cascade Dozing to install a complete new drainage system around our existing home. The project involved demolition of existing concrete patios/stairs, deep trenching near the house in limited space amongst a great deal of existing/mature landscaping. Cascade went above and beyond protecting and preserving our landscaping and making sure our home was protected. Jim was very punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We were very happy with the work performed on the drainage system, we ended up having them also dig and bury our propane tank. Would definitely use them again, and would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.Chris Haubell | Issaquah WA
Contracting with Jim of Cascade Dozing was a positive experience. Jim is very professional, always on time and on budget His work is very meticulous and on point, and always exceeds my expectations. When the job is done, the site is left clean and tidy. In the future, I won’t hesitate to call Jim to look at new projects.Todd Liljebeck | Woodinville WA
